New Projects:

Downtown A & E Line -  The new Downtown trolley provides transportation from the Arts and Science Garage to Himmarshee Village, Las Olas and all points in between! The free service will be provided by the DDA and the Riverwalk Arts and Entertainment Consortium. The DDA offers trolleys to demonstrate the implementation of the Fort Lauderdale Downtown Transportation Plan.

Downtown Campus - the DDA is one of the many Downtown partners closely following the County's plan for the redevelopment of an 18 acre site in the Downtown into a signature, mixed-use development. The plan includes a new Governmental Center, residential and retail units and a hotel. The site includes the blocks at the intersection of Broward Blvd. and NE 1st Ave. A study is underway by Zyschovich Inc. to determine the project's feasibility.
