Las Olas Shopping District
East of the Business District are the shops and restaurants that make up Las Olas Boulevard. A beautiful palm tree lined shopping haven, Las Olas is a Ft. Lauderdale cornerstone and the place to see and be seen. It’s perfect for browsing shops and boutiques, or dining al fresco. The historic Stranahan House, Ft. Lauderdale’s first trading outpost, is also located off of Las Olas Boulevard.
Arts & Entertainment District
The Arts & Entertainment District is Downtown’s year-round proverbial playground. With the Las Olas Riverfront, Himmarshee Village, the Fort Lauderdale Museum of Art, the Broward Center for Performing Arts, and many other attractions, there’s something for everyone. Many of the area’s shops, bars, and restaurants are located in Himmarshee Village and Las Olas Riverfront.

Fine Art Galleries and Studios
Flagler Village
The Third Avenue Art District has been nurtured by nine creatives who have their studios in the heart of Flagler Village. The group has an Art Walk in February and arranges privates tours during the fall and winter.
