DowntownFTL is home to 10 hotels and over 1,500 total hotel rooms.
70% of DowntownFTL hotels have been built since 2018 with over 1,100 rooms added over the past 5 years.
2,000 DowntownFTL rooms are built or planned, five times the number available in 2001.
36% of all Broward hotel rooms built since 2018 are in DowntownFTL.
